Gulf Coast Shutters, LLC (hereinafter referred to as GCS) warrants the labor and materials of the aforementioned product on the premises of the job site to be free of any defects that appear within five years from the date of installation. Damages resulting from natural disaster (hurricane, tornado, flood, etc.) are not covered.

GCS’s obligation under this warranty or under any implied warranty is limited to solely and exclusively to furnishing, free of charge, the labor and materials of any repair due to unsatisfactory workmanship or material failure for the time frame set forth by this warranty except that coatings used in a saltwater environment will have a one year warranty. This warranty does not cover any defect, malfunction or failure to perform because of damage occurring from unreasonable use (including failure to perform reasonable and necessary maintenance), ACT OF GOD, or improper application or normal fading. This warranty does not apply to products sold over the counter or transferred from this job site.

The GCS warranty is limited to replacing only the materials affected due to unsatisfactory workmanship or materials as determined by GCS. Under no circumstances will GCS be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of other property or equipment. This warranty gives you specific legal rights may vary from state to state.

This warranty will become effective upon certification by GCS that installation has been completed and receipt of the completion certificate signed by the owner. This warranty is not transferable from the owner set forth above.
